Static html web pages autentication
Hello,
What is the best way to serve static web pages in Liferay so that they will be authenticated?
Thank you.
Hi ,
To server static content you can use liferay Content Pages , here you can update the static content into fragments and use it in Content Page.
Refer - https://help.liferay.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018171311-Using-Content-Pages
Also webcontent can be used which take html content and render it on Web Content Display portlet .
Can we get the font size in CK Editor increased please??
This static html page issue I come up against time and time again. We want a static HTML page to live in and be served from a documents and media folder ... but in doing so trying to hit it will cause the file to download insteasd of render. Yes it's possible to build a page that renders copy pasted HTML into a template or widget / fragment ... but I would like to upload an index.html file and have it render in the browser.
We also get this request with PDF's. people don't want the PDF to download they want it to display on the page (because creating the page in HTML on a content page is hard and the PDF looks nice). Some of our users reffer to PDF's as "web pages".
