 I have copied lpkg EE app from market place. But got kernel version issue.

there are 58 modules inside the lpkg..should i change he version of all the modules? or is there any way to change the module version in lpkg level which will be affected for all the module jars?

Um, isn't it kinda included and therefore superseded by the builtin segments mechanism? I think, you cannot use the old packages anymore.
