Notifications configuration

Since LR 7.1 the notifications module is the integral part of the portal. On screenshots in the marketplace it is apparent there is some configuration available:

I can also find some configuration related code in https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal/blob/master/modules/apps/notifications/notifications-web/src/main/java/com/liferay/notifications/web/internal/portlet/configuration/icon/DeliveryPortletConfigurationIcon.java

However, in my LR 7.1.2 I cannot find any icon/button to invoke this configuration.

Where is it located?

I've downloaded LR 7.2 A1 and I can finally see the expected configuration button in the right corner.




However, how can I access the configuration in LR 7.1 ?

Silly me, my 7.1 instance was connected to the migrated 6.2 database with the custom control panel theme. After switching theme to the defaut one I can see that configuration button without problems.
