Which Liferay version do you use?
Can you describe the problem a bit more in detail? Does it affect all images, only some,  ...

Again: Which Liferay version do you use?
How big is the document? Why do you need the preview "immediately"? In my experience it was never a problem that the preview generation took a bit of time.

hi Michał Kasprovi use liferay 7.2 ga2 and i download imagmagick , Ghost script and openoffice and i configure it's with liferay 
the problem that when i upload and open the doc file i show "Info:Generating preview will take a few minutes"and don't open it while i wait it long time
the size of mp3 file is 6.5 MB
the size of txt file is 4 KB
