This account is my new account.
I'm not able to login into my
previous account email id: jyotsnaarora2000@gmail.com when i click on
forgot password it's showing this.
But no recovery mail sent to my mail which is mentioned in
screenshot.
Please advice me on the same.
I need to login with
that account in liferay to do the courses.

I've already notified our internal team and they'll make sure you're able to log in into your Liferay account to start taking the courses.
In the meantime, I noticed that you've mentioned some screenshots you took, but it seems they didn't get through the post. If you find it crucial for this report, feel free to send me directly through our Community Slack and I'll forward them to the team.
