How to enable webp in page editor and webcontent editor?
This learn page says we can use webp in Liferay, but even with imagemagick enabled, webp files are not selectable to embed on webcontents or pages.
Since Lighthouse and other evaluation tools keep telling us to use "modern image formats" and customers use these tools to evaluate our work, this support seems very desirable.
Can somebody help?
TIA
Fernando
I believe webp and avif require additional configuration, e.g. on allowed file types (System Settings / Documents and Media / Item Selector) and Mime type (System Settings / Adaptive Media / Images).
Those places are guesses that I have found right now - might be slightly different configurations, but I recall a file ending and a mime type required to be configured.
