Unable to access badge

I have completed Building Enterprise Websites with Liferay but unable to access my badge. Where can i get the badge?

I have successfully completed Building Enterprise Websites with Liferay from learn.liferay.com and also got that I have completed it but I didn't got any badge or certificate for the completion.

Hey Vonoth -- 

 

I have a couple of questions for you. 

1. Were you logged in when you took the course? (this is required so that we know who to give the badge to)

2. Were you REGISTERED for the course? The courses are public so that anyone can take them, logged in or not -- so being logged in and registered are both prerequisites to make sure that you (Vinoth) finished this course and need to be awarded the badge

Hi Andrew!
Yes I have logged in while taking the course also got success score but unable to see any badge or certificates while I try to access the user-dashboard page, It is showing page not found.

Yes Sure!
I am unable to access https://learn.liferay.com/user-dashboard URL where it showed the badge will be available upon the completion but this URL isnt accessible and getting 404 when I wanted the badge or a certificate.

Hi Vinoth - 

Thanks for your patience on this issue. Because of your report we were able to isolate an issue with our implementation. So, I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that this issue is going to affect you and many other community members because of a permissions issue that's preventing you from seeing the badge and your user profile. The good news is that once we roll out a fix for this (hopefully very soon! 🤞), that it will be fixed for everyone and you should not need to redo the course or need to retake the Badge Test -- it should simply appear in your user profile.
