Due to the changes outlined in https://liferay.atlassian.net/browse/LPS-146149,
we are seeing outdated segments.
Our site relies on the segment to be updated immediately after a role
is updated for a user. The delay in the segment being updated is
causing users to see the incorrect experience.
This was not an issue when we were previously on Liferay 7.2 and
appeared when we upgraded to 2024.Q1.9. Please provide a way to allow
the segment to be updated instantly when a user's role is updated.
