RE: Visual problems when migrating from liferay 7.2 to 7.4

Hello. We are having problems in our liferay portal after having migrated from version 7.2 to version 7.4 (Data Base included). This problem means that we cannot see the "Product Menu" (It is shown empty) nor the pencil icon to make edits to the pages. Below we attach images related to the problem.

Did you include your original theme? Try with a built-in one. Maybe you need to update it (or update it differently)

We found that during the DB upgrade, the table segment experience where updated with 2 records, that violates the condition for this index ix_b8f358eb. We remove the index and we were able to complete the migration. However, not sure why 2 records with same groupid and segmentexperiencekey are inserted in the table, even when before the upgrade the table was empty.
