Liferay DXP 7.3 Server is not starting. Giving following error:

Unable to include JSP/dynamic_include/text_html.jsp

I have not added any module and just starting the server but server is not starting.

I have installed and Java 8 and given the right path.

Want to know what is the issue.

Hi,
Please delete below folders and try to restart:
1. tomcat/temp/*
2. tomcat/work/*
3. osgi//state/*

If its not starting, please share the detailed log.
