I don't have a system at hand to check. They sound like Objects - did
you look for them in the list of Objects, and deleting them there
didn't wor? Or does the hint "Object" help you to find where
to delete them?
The Objects UI effectively hides the reason for those objects to not
be deletable: There are incoming relationships from other
Objects. I can't recall which ones they are, and getting rid of them
is a bit tedious, but it ends up working: Please check LPS-195628
