First a comment about the closing statement: For this I like the way
it is handled on Stackoverflow:

what circumstances may I add "urgent" or other similar
phrases to my question, in order to obtain faster answers?"
There's no need to shout, and if you look through the archives here,
we're happy to take bug reports - for Software and for documentation.
Also, we don't really like crossposting: Please limit yourself to a
single channel to ask, otherwise you just generate duplicate work,
because one side doesn't know that the problem might already be fixed
(or being worked on).
That being said: Please help us file a bug request and be specific
about the specific link that doesn't work for you.
