Dear Sirs,

I encounter a weir problem that import user from Active Directory, the user is listed through "Test LDAP User" button inside Add LDAP Server page, but actually not imported into Liferay users, can any body give any advice how to trace the problem, thanks.

Start by checking if the issue still appears on a version that is less than 10 years old and is in active development.

Otherwise, inspecting the log file might help. We'd need to know what you do, observe, expect - and someone needs to remember those 10 years old procedures.
