While i am using the given variables such as [$PORTAL_URL$],[$FROM_ADDRESS$] etc. These are throwing error for me. Please tell me how can i resolve this error.

Hi Anju,

The list of the possbible terms/variables to use is under the template editor field. The intries from the list should work.

What error do you get exactly? Is there any excaption in the server log? I think, that should be investigated.
