Questions looks like it it trying to replicate Reddit.
It's unfortunate that Questions app was designed with the voting and number of comments metadata above the thing. As you read down the page it becomes obvious that the elements are in the wrong place. It is totally un-intuitive. Author metadata is typically seen even in liferay above a thing, not below a thing. These two things are in the wrong place, switch them around.
Add a border around the things, drop shadow or make some effort to make the whole thing a readable thing so that the things make sense. Essentially card them like google results on a mobile device ... Liferay has a design language here: https://clayui.com/docs/components/card.html
