You're basically asking "How to restore from backup", which
- given that you're on 6.2 - you should long have demonstrated to make
sure that your backups are worth their money.
In general: Look at your configuration - any changes that you need to
do, specifically so that the new machine serves your traffic, depend a
lot on your own situation.
You'll need to restore:
- the application server
- the database backup
- Document Library filesystem (in case you store doclib in the
filesystem, otherwise: whereever you store it)
- any code deployed
- the full-text index (alternatively: Execute "reindex
all" upon startup)
And, of course, any DNS-settings, network routing etc - that would be environment-dependent.
