I was wondering if there is a tutorial on how to integrate Google Adsense with Liferay 7.2?

Hi ,

You may need to add an Adsense script in theme or /html/common/themes/top_js-ext.jspf (By Custom JSP Bag).

Also one more work around is if your not using Piwik Analytics, then you can use that to load Adsense script

SiteSettins->Analytics->Piwik
