I receive the following errors after upgrading from Liferay CE 7.2 to 7.3.5 GA6 CE.  It looks like all navigation menu options and buttons are not displayed.   I am unable to access anything.  Can this be resolved by removing a theme via the server side?

My Sites is temporarily unavailable

This portlet could not be found.  Please redeploy it or remove it from the page.
