Looking at the DXP compatibility lists for 7.0 and 7.3: Glassfish is not on there. (for CE, only the Open Source appservers from those lists are working)

You'll have to pick one of the remaining appservers. Tomcat is by far the most popular for hosting Liferay - I'd recommend to go that route.
