Hi,

 

Using Liferay DXp 7.1.Have created a TagBoostIndexerPostProcessor to boost the results based on the match for tags.

It works fine for Dutch (NL) language which is the default language in portal, but not for FR.

When portal is switched to FR language, then assetTagNames, assetTagNames_nl_NL appears only. There is no assetTagNames_fr_FR.

 

 

 

Can anyoe please suggest how i can get assetTagNames_fr_FR as well.

When portal is switched to FR language, then assetTagNames, assetTagNames_nl_NL appears only. There is no assetTagNames_fr_FR.

Since I don't see it mentioned explicitly, I'll start with the low hanging fruit (that makes it sound like I might have other ideas, but to be honest, I don't).

Did you reindex after switching the portal language?

I know that indexing tags and categories and multi-language support has been a difficult engineering problem in the past, and I klnow that some of this was discovered on 7.1. So the next question is, are you fully up-to date in your portal realease? You're on the latest 7.1 GA?

I am using DXP 7.1 with Fix Pack 18. Already have created a support ticket and waiting for response.
