Hello, I'm currently running MySQL 5.7 but when I connect to it and startup my server, it fails to start and shows this

2021-03-15 14:43:42.565 ERROR [main][MainServlet:300] java.lang.RuntimeException: You must first upgrade the portal to the required schema version 8.1.0

This indicates that the MySQL version must be 8.1 or better, when Liferay 7.3 is said to support MySQL 5.7 in the compatibility matrix
