Hi,

I tried to import 340MB of .lar file on our production environment. The lar file has been uploaded and when I click the continue button to proceed to another page it shows white page only I didn't see any button such as Import button.

If it's not working on frontend, can I import .lar files on backend via command line/terminal?

Also, how to fix the issue of some asset publishers and content is missing? I've tried executing the reindexing feature via control panel but up until now it's still showing that it's still reindexing.

Appreciate any pointers

Please report:

  • the exact version of both environments
  • any content in the logs
  • any other information that would help to reproduce

If you can reproduce with a smaller lar file, that would help as well to identify the root cause
