Add Valencian Language

Good morning,

I am working with Liferay 7.1GA and I would need to add the Valencian language to the portal, but since it does not appear as a default language I would not know how to do it (I do not know if it is possible).

​​​​​​​I would be grateful if you could explain to me if it is possible first and in that hypothetical case how could it be added. Thank you very much.

1. If you add a new language, you might want to add it to the latest release, and contribute it back: This way others can help maintaining and completing the translation. It's quite a lot of effort to add new translations.
2. There's a lot of documentation and descriptions on how to add a new language. If you find anything from before the OSGi-times (pre-7.0), you might need some adoption, but the general principle still holds.
3. It seems to be "new language" season ;) : There was a recent discussion on community slack, with the basic step.
