Hello,The issue occurs with blogs  
- Liferay Community Edition Portal 7.2.0 CE GA1 (Mueller / Build 7200 / June 4, 2019)-
If I am using the administrator role , the cards appear perfectly , but when the usr is authentified or just guest , it does not appear.what am I missing ?thank you

Please try to reproduce in GA2. You'll need to upgrade anyway and patch . There's no use in hunting an issue that might long be fixed in a later version.
