Hi I have created a  user account giving access to a role that should access document library but when user login the document portlet link or sub menu  doesn't shown under the Content Data menu. I have granted all or most of the permssion under  define permission->Site Admisntration -> Document and Media.However, I have setup the same configuration on another server and it works . I was able to see the document portlet link pr sub-menu.I have attached the permission settings that add to role (document admin). Would anyone be able to know what could cause the document and media link not to be visible?

I was able to re-create the problem. It seems when I create fragment bundle to override the document library for some reason iif the fragment bundles are in resolved stated then it prevents the document library menu from appearing. I will need to investigate this issues as to when my bundle fragments is not allowing document library link to display. I believe it could be permission for in my fragments i allow only non admins to see certain menus in the document portlet.
