Right now I'm doing a display : none on the classic theme thumbnail and card ... how can we stop general users (site admins) from selecting classic theme, while keeping classic theme installed. I need classic theme there as a backup when my theme is being deployed it'll fall back on classic. However classic won't have our stuff in it so is not suitable for site admins.
