Upgrade liferay database from Liferay 6.2 EE to Liferay DXP 7.2

Hi,I tried to migrate from Liferay 6.2 to Liferay DXP 7.2. Everything during migration is fine . Server is stared but now i am not able to see various portlets like webcontent, Document and media . Add (+) is also not working .





When i use ds:unsatisfied their is lot of errors like :-Bundle {id: 1421, name: com.liferay.dynamic.data.mapping.change.tracking, version: 1.0.8}

It's fine to look for community help on this, but notice: Since you're asking about the EE/DXP releases, you're paying for support, and should also definitely open a support ticket in Helpcenter first, to get the clock ticking. Upgrades are supported and if this is a known issue, support will be able to fix it quickly.
Also note that you should upgrade to the latest available fix/service pack (SP1 or FP3), as it might contain updated upgrade routines.

I have exact problem and the same errors. Have you resolved it? If yes, how?  I have installed the latest SP1 (with Patch2) and then updated with Patch 4. None of this helped with the issue.

Hi Irina,
This usually happens when a module fails during the upgrade and other modules depend on it. Please analyze carefully the upgrade.log to figure out what's happening. If you don't get any clue, please share your findings and the log.

Although I completed upgrade for DXP 7.2 SP1, then installed SP4 and ran upgrade again with the hope to fix the journal services issues. I was able to start LifeRay, login and view all component except Web Content. 
Any suggestions will be helpful.

Hi Irina,
It seems that the journal service module didn't upgrade properly. It seems that it can't read files from the document library file system. please be sure you have configure your filesystem properly:https://portal.liferay.dev/docs/7-2/deploy/-/knowledge_base/d/preparing-a-new-product-server-for-data-upgrade#configure-your-documents-and-media-file-store

Including the creation of the specific file with the rootDir.
Since you are using the EE version, please, contact Liferay Support to assist you on this.
