Cannot add forms in Liferay 7.2.0 GA1

I am unable to view or add a form in Liferay 7.2.0 GA1. After going to Content & Data > Forms, I can see the language text box and nothing else. Not sure if this is related, but I get the following errors in Firefox Web Console when attempting to add a form.
