Notice: Segmentation and Audience Targeting are typically rather about tailoring to interest than about permission. They're easy to mix, and yes, it's possible to combine the two. But it's easier to keep them strictly apart because this way it quickly becomes a multidimensional problem keeping the overview: Who
should see something (segment) and
is allowed to do so (permissions)?
"Accessible only for specified user" points to permissions, not to segments.
