Hi,

I'm looking for a solution to permit direct download (in a _blank target) for documents in the document library in content folder view with liferay 7.2.

Is it possible to configure it ? Or it is possible to override that comportment ?

We usually use an Asset Publisher + ADT to show the files and allow the user to download it.
IMHO that document library "details" page is superannoying, most users just want to download the file and don't want to see a details page at all (sure, having the *option* to see file details too, would be nice, but as a feature, not as the primary action ...)

We made a customization to download the document when the user clicks the title of the file.

It makes our lives miserable when trying to do fixpacks.
