context name not populating

Hi All,
I am using DXP 7.2 .Created one web service and while deployment console saying module started .
But while checking in /api/jsonws the context name not appearing
Can any body please tell us how i can debug this issue.
I tried with Gogo shell and used stop and start command but still don't see the context name.
