Where exactly do you expect to see a player? AFAIK there's no such thing out of the box, unless it was added recently.
I've created structured web content articles, with references to media in the document and media library. The template rendered a player according to the needs I had - or according to the JS snippets I found to copy/paste into it (it was a proof of concept)
