Insert image in wiki page - 404 Error

I receive the following error in Liferay CE 7.2 GA1 when attempting to add images to a wiki page.  I don't see any errors or warning in the stdout log.  The error is received after selecting Site > Content and Data > Wiki > Wiki Page > Edit > Insert Image.
Error:  404 - File or Directory not found
