Which package to extend commerce-breccia-theme or commerce-theme-breccia

There are two breccia themes in npm and both seem to be from liferay. The one name commerce-theme-breccia is the same name as the theme in the lpkg file but the commerce-breccia-theme looks more up-to-date?
