The image editor cropper could be more useful if it showed pixel units when cropping and also offered a ratio lock. This was found in Chrome, but the plugin looks like the CK Editor IE resize which is a terrible plugin to emulate. However when using corner drag handles it did at least lock the ratio, this one only offers one resize handle which is less visible on images with white backgrounds.
Image cropping and resizing should use the corners as ratio locks and the middle drag handles for non locked ratio sizing (aka 6 to 8 squares) even the addition of two more handles for a total of three would allow ratio locked vs unlocked scaling.
