Hello everybody

I have a question. I use Liferay portal 7.1. I create form contact and add to website as form widget. When I want see my form on web site i receives a message "portlets are temporarily unavailable". In my logs is error look as:

javax.portlet.PortletException: com.liferay.portal.kernel.security.auth.PrincipalException$MustBeAuthenticated: User 20140 must be authenticated etc...

Does anyone have ideas or met a similar situation? emoticon

Hi Wojtek,

I posted a reply but it seems it was lost in the forum outage that occurred today. Your problem may be due to permissions. When you viewling the list of forms "Content" -> "Form"  Click on the three vertical dots and select permissions guest needs "view" and "add form instance record" permissions.

Hey

The solution to the problem is not here ;) To be sure, I've added permissions for everyone in this section. I think the solution is more complex, I had a similar problem with permissions when implementing the theme...

The matter seemed simpler than I thought. I have created a new form that works correctly. Of course, I deleted the old one emoticon
