All the menu titles and buttons in the forum are not in English. I tried changing the language from my profile but it didn't worked. However the questions and answers are displayed in English.

Need more steps to reproduce please:
Which version? What do you do?

Note that Liferay's User Interface is commonly translated to various other languages, and you can - for example - access them through profile settings, or by specifying them as the first element of the path: See this forum with German interface: https://community.liferay.com/de/forums/

However, as much as you can switch the user interface to another language, nothing will automagically translate all the user-generated content for you.

Thanks for the reply. I've attached a screenshot for your reference. I have issues with the official liferay community site. I get error alert in some other language when trying to change my language in profile settings. I would like set this to "English (United States)".

yep, here's the german UI. You can - at least temporarily - change it by going to https://community.liferay.com/en, then you should find the settings in a language that you're familiar with. Should there be something more persistent, logout/login and make sure that you don't override the language in the URL (e.g. no /de/ in there any more).

Worst case: Start over by deleting this site's cookies - there have been issues with language settings being persisted in cookies. It's bee ancient times, and I haven't seen them in a long time, but I'll rather empty the kitchen sink here, then going step by step.
