RE: Menu options in my Liferay community site is not in English
All the menu titles and buttons in the forum are not in English. I tried changing the language from my profile but it didn't worked. However the questions and answers are displayed in English.

Which version? What do you do?
Note that Liferay's User Interface is commonly translated to various other languages, and you can - for example - access them through profile settings, or by specifying them as the first element of the path: See this forum with German interface: https://community.liferay.com/de/forums/
However, as much as you can switch the user interface to another language, nothing will automagically translate all the user-generated content for you.
Thanks for the reply. I've attached a screenshot for your reference. I have issues with the official liferay community site. I get error alert in some other language when trying to change my language in profile settings. I would like set this to "English (United States)".

You can - at least temporarily - change it by going to https://community.liferay.com/en, then you should find the settings in a language that you're familiar with. Should there be something more persistent, logout/login and make sure that you don't override the language in the URL (e.g. no /de/ in there any more).
Worst case: Start over by deleting this site's cookies - there have been issues with language settings being persisted in cookies. It's bee ancient times, and I haven't seen them in a long time, but I'll rather empty the kitchen sink here, then going step by step.
Thank you. Deleting cookies actually sovled the issue.
