Hi!!

I'm having problems when I try to export my site. The information I get is the following: 

 

An unexpected error occurred with the publication process. Please check your portal and publishing configuration.
com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.SystemException: Unable to add data string to the LAR file path: /group/20143/com.liferay.portal.kernel.model.LayoutFriendlyURL/20147.xml

 

I think that the problem might be that I use accents in the titles of my webcontent, structures and templates, but I'm not sure.

The second problem is that when I press the Export button the page is refreshed and the side menu disappears and all the inputs are reseted as you can see in the follow image:

Hi David,

Is there any error or exception in log file?

Try activating DEBUG traces and execute export again.

Go to Control Panel => Configuration => Server Administration => Log Levels and update following categories to DEBUG
