I don't remember seeing any problems with basic web content in the
release bundle, but as a sanity check, have you already tried the 7.1.x-snapshot
build to see if it's a bug that's already been fixed in the month
since the release?

Hello everyone I could find the cause of the error in the web
contents, this happens when installing the Liferay 7.1 in Spanish
language s-ES, I hope a quick solution. or if someone knows how to
solve it, I appreciate that you can help me.

I have the same problem here . I experience it for the first time in
this version of liferay. My workaround was just to create a custom
structure and use it instead of the default web content structure...
