RE: Web form for mobile apps
Is there any screenlet available to supprt web forms or services to render web forms and its data ?
Regards,
Prakash Kumar Singh
Hi Prakash,
You have two options: DDLFormScreenlet or WebScreenlet.
But if you use DDLFormScreenlet, take into account that Forms are not fully supported yet (we're working on it right now, but it supports Dynamic Data Lists).
Regards,
Sarai
Just to clarify Sarai's answer, new forms are supported in Android but not completely (for example form rules are not implemented)
Any mobile services available for forms rendering, adding data to web forms and getting data from forms ?
Yes. In 6.2, 7.0, 7.1 you have either the JSON-WS services (https://master.lfr.io/api/jsonws?contextName=ddm -> takes a while to load, under ddl and ddm, for example get structure by key) or use the JSON-WS with the mobile SDK for Android & iOS & some ports in other languages by the community.
In 7.1.1 EE we are going to launch a beta program to beta test the new APIs, those will be available freely after some testing :) (they are published as Open Source, unsupported)
