Denis Signoretto 5 Years Ago Hi Pablo, thanks for sharing! Can you tell me where can I found the docker images or when the'll be available? One more question, are you planning to include content targeting API as well? Please sign in to reply. Reply as... Cancel Pablo Agulla Denis Signoretto 5 Years Ago Hi Denis, the docker image is already available and you don't need to download the image separately, the docker command that I put in the instructions will download the image. I'll add a comment to the post so it is clearer. About the content targeting API, I do not think it will be ready for 7.2, but we do think on including it at some point in time. Milen Dyankov 5 Years Ago - Edited Those of you not very familiar with Docker may be surprised that everything added (content, users, ... ) will disappear if the container is stopped or crashes. To prevent that you can extract the `data` folder from it, save it locally and mount it as volume when you start the container. Here is how to do it 1. start the container with `docker run -it -p 8080:8080 liferay/portal-snapshot:7.1.x-201812071242-af6321a` 2. check the container id by running `docker ps` 3. copy the `data` folder by running `docker cp <CONTAINERID>:/opt/liferay/data /PATH/TO/YOUR/data` 4. stop the container From that point on you can run the container with `docker run -it -p 8080:8080 -v /PATH/TO/YOUR/mount:/etc/liferay/mount -v /PATH/TO/YOUR/data:/opt/liferay/data liferay/portal-snapshot:7.1.x-201812071242-af6321a` and the data will be safely stored on your local file system. Denis Signoretto 5 Years Ago Hi Pablo, there is a missing carriage return for the 4 OSGI properties reported above Please sign in to reply. Reply as... Cancel Pablo Agulla Denis Signoretto 5 Years Ago Thanks, I fixed that along with the issue with the properties (there was a misspelling in the first property. Instead of "auth2.scopechecker.type="none"" is "oauth2.scopechecker.type="none"") Please sign in to reply. Reply as... Cancel

Denis Signoretto 5 Years Ago Hi Pablo, Liferay has a great categorization system for the assets/contents it can manage. I'd like to know whether the Headless API allows to filter on specific categories and if the categorization information is present as attribute for entities. I was taking a look at the documentation https://headlessapis.wedeploy.io/docs/general/filtering.html but it seems is not possible. Can you help me understanding if this capability is available of you think will be supported in the future? Thanks, Denis Please sign in to reply. Reply as... Cancel
