SLA Tool
Service Level Agreement Tool1 adds the following information to the tooltip for issues links in JIRA:
My goal is that SLA Tool can bring visibility to the issues that need attention as opposed to ones that we are waiting for someone to respond. In order to achieve this, SLA Tool simply check if the last comment was by the assignee or not. If it is not, then it colorizes the link.
The target audience is anyone who uses JIRA frequently so most likely a member of the support staff.
This tool requires Firefox.
Install Greasemonkey first. It is available at the following URI:https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748
Restart Firefox so Greasemonkey can be used.
Please browse to SLA Tool script homepage and click Install. The SLA Tool homepage is at the following URI:
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/75203
When prompted, click Install.
Browse to
http://issues.liferay.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
and the changes should appear.
