Jonas Choi 1 Year Ago This is very much the same process I go through and recommend to people who are doing upgrades. I will add that good documentation is also useful if you need to bring up issues to Liferay Support or anyone who is providing support. Please sign in to reply. Reply as... Cancel

Ciprian Pavel 3 Months Ago - Edited Hello, Trying to do the same, 6.1->7.4.3.45. However some Web Content Structures (custom ones) are not migrated due to: com.liferay.portal.kernel.upgrade.UpgradeException: Model com.liferay.portlet.journal.model.JournalArticle does not support DDM structure permission checking. I was able to go to 7.4.3.13, but if i do the upgrade I want to go to latest version :). Any workarounds on this situation? Please sign in to reply. Reply as... Cancel
