What is great also is that this functionality can be as simple or complex as needed. No review needed? don't activate the managed staging environment. A single review process needed? set the number of phases to 1. And so on.

BTW, are you also planning to implement the scheduling of publishing to live for 5.0 or will it be done for 5.1?

And finally, do I have your permission to do those usability related changes that I wanted to do to the page management UI?

Few improvement suggestions though:

1) Assign to group instead of individual reviewers/approvers. This should be option to individual assignments
2) Task list portlet where you could see all of your workflow related tasks
3) Email notifications of new tasks
4) Scheduled publishing as Jorge already mentioned.

Will we be seeing similar functionality in Journal?

I saw this video, this is very good to implement staging workflow.
i implemented staging workflow according to that video, but i have one problem that when i publish page in Live, it shows some tab like page, option and scheduler.
whenever i change otion and scheduler option, I got "Manage page is tempory unavaiable"
what should i do for this
