New Liferay Spring MVC Portlet Project Wizard

The new wizard supports to create portletmvc4spring and spring portlet project. The Spring Framework supports developing servlet-based web applications using Spring Web MVC, PortletMVC4Spring supports developing portlet-based applications using MVC.
