Case - The default behavior mentioned at https://help.liferay.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017876892-Creating-Data-Lists is just opposite of what it should be and there is not control point to reverse that. By default all DDL are Allow Multiple Submissions ON....i.e it treats eveybody as new user eveytime even if form is submitted once. We use LDAP for users authntication and Liferay roles for authorization.

Question - In Liferay 7.1 anybody know if it is even possible to have DDL Data Lists with  Allow Multiple Submissions OFF so one user can submit just once? Any help is appricated. Thank you for your time to read this.
