I need to develop a portal compliant with the XHTML specification, in order to achieve a fully compatibility with the Italian Law for the Accessibility (or section 508 for US ).<br /><br />In XHTML (and in HTML too&#33;) special character must be converted in HTML entity, even the <b>&amp;</b> separator in URL&#39;s, that must be written in <b>&amp;amp;</b> .<br /><br />Anyone knows which classes manage the URL creation?<br /><br />thank you
