Recently, I am unable to login to Liferay Cloud Services. I get an "Unable to process SAML request" error. I use to be able to login.

Hi Gordon:
sorry for the late reply. We have unsuccessfully tried to reproduce you error.
Could you please tell us the steps to reproduce it? If you go to lcs.liferay.com and enter your liferay.com credentials: what error message do you see?
Also: what browser are you using? Have you tried cleaning the cookies?
Thanks a lot
Juan

I have tried chrome and firefox with the same results. I also tried clearing the cookies and get the same error.

Steps...

1. goto https://lcs.liferay.com
2. enter email address and password
3. press sign in

Result...

It redirects me to https://lcs.liferay.com/c/portal/saml/acs and display the Status "Unable to process SAML request."

FYI...Just for fun...when I enter the wrong password it says "Authentication failed. Please try again". I type in the correct password and get the "Unable to process SAML request" status message.

I did recently change my email address. I think that is when I started getting the error message.

Hi Gordon:
LCS is using liferay.com credentials. Are you able to sign in the liferay.com website with your new email address?
I suspect it is related to how and when accounts are refreshed between both systems...

So I went into My Account and changed my email address back to the one I used when I first registered with Liferay Cloud Servcies. After I logged out and in again, I was able to access Liferay Cloud Services.
