Alfresco as JCR
Hello.
Is it posible to use Alfresco as JCR (jsr-170) backend for Liferay Journal?
It'd be superb to enable clients to access the repo via CIFS or webdav.

Hi,
I know thats not 100% what you are searching for. But it is an alternative you should have a look at.
RESTful integration

I have seen and tested that solution but thanks for the interest.
The alfresco included in that bundle does not feautures CIFS and web scripts. I'm not interested in an out-of-the-box integration, I know that does not exists. Just to know if it's at least posible. I mean replacing implementation classes, wiring adaptors etc. And when I say posible I mean a reasonable effort.
What's more interesting is to know if the jsr-170 interface is just a facade to the internal system or is used by the journal portlets. The former architecture would render the idea not feasible. Right?
