wasnt sure where best to post this, but hopefully this is an appropriate slot.
my company are looking at using Liferay as the basis for building a pretty rich public facing portal for a uk public sector customer.
i am looking for ideas on how i can locate a design agency in the uk, preferably the Midlands, who are strong on web visuals but also understand how to put together a good interactive user experience for an interactive portal, a bonus if they have some Liferay context
seems fairly easy to find portal developers (who i may need further down the line) and web designers but web designers of portals seems a lot trickier
any suggestions gratefully received
